What to expect:

  • Gather the RV information: year, make, model, VIN, location of the inspection. Decide if you want any fluids lab analyzed.
  • Contact us to schedule your inspection. Currently, we do inspections on Sundays and Mondays.
  • Sign the e-documents and pay the invoice to secure your inspection date. You must pre-pay or risk losing your date.
  • The inspection occurs. Expect 5-8 hours depending on the size of the RV. Nobody needs to be present, but we do need access to all of the RV, storage, and RV areas. The fluid analysis results may take as long as 10 days for results, but typically just a few days once samples are sent.
  • Your report arrives via e-mail in a PDF within 24 hours of the inspection date.
  • You receive a call from Scott or Danielle to go over the report within 12 hours from the email. Tip: have questions written down so you don't forget to go over anything.
